Nobuo Kita is Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO of SIOS Technology and President and CEO of its parent company, SIOS Technology Group. Nobuo is also founder and member of the board of directors of Mozilla Japan, an affiliate of Mozilla Foundation/Mozilla Corp., the world’s most successful open source software development organization. Nobuo is also on the board of directors of Seasar Foundation, which is the largest open source software developers’ community in Japan. Prior to his current position with SIOS, Nobuo was the CEO of Northern Lights Computer, a pioneer in Linux and system integration services in Japan. Northern Lights merged with Ten Art-ni Corporation which became SIOS Technology. Nobuo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Kyoto Institute of Technology.

Jim Caro leads SIOS Technology Corp. Sales and Business development activities Worldwide. His career spans more than 26 years and includes designing, building and driving revenue through direct and indirect sales channels, value-added resellers, global system integrators, first and second-tier distributors and strategic ISV partners. He has held senior level sales and business development positions with a wide range of companies including Giganet, Emulex, FilesX (acquired by IBM), Acronis, Unitrends and ROI, Inc.
Most recently, he served as the Storage Sales Lead New England sales, at Hewlett Packard Enterprise where he managed revenue attainment for Fortune 500 enterprise accounts, Healthcare Institutions and Public Sector Accounts. Jim holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston College, Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Finance from the Roger Williams University.

Kevin Williams brings over 25 years of technical and organizational leadership to SIOS. Prior to joining SIOS, Kevin was the President of Avtec, Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical communication systems for command and control centers. Kevin joined Avtec in 2010 as Director of Engineering, and was promoted multiple times as the company experienced seven years of profitable growth prior to being acquired by Motorola Solutions in March 2019. During his tenure, Kevin led the creation of the company’s first strategic plan, as well as an expansion into the utility market to fuel further growth. Kevin transitioned out of Avtec as the company positioned for sale and launched a professional development and escape room business that provide innovative team building programs and workshops. Prior to Avtec, Kevin has held technical leadership positions within software engineering organizations in the United States, Germany, and England. Kevin has a BSEE and an MBA degree. Kevin and his wife Tina have five children and currently reside in Lexington, South Carolina.

Frank Jablonski leads SIOS Technology Corp. marketing and communications activities worldwide. His career spans more than 20 years and includes driving worldwide go-to-market development and execution targeting SMB, Growth Market, and Enterprise companies and development of direct, 2-tier channels, and MSP channels in the Information Technology market. He is well-versed in backup, recovery, replication, high availability, continuous data protection, data encryption, deduplication, storage, tape, disk, cloud, virtualization, cataloging and audit reporting. He has held senior level marketing and product management positions with a wide range of companies including Acronis, Syncsort, CA, FilesX, Genuity, and EMC.
Most recently, he served as the VP of Global Product Marketing at Acronis where he built and lead the strategy, development, and delivery of content driving awareness, demand generation, messaging, competitive positioning, and marketing to grow market share and revenue across all Acronis on-premises and cloud products. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Michael Bilancieri is VP, Product, for SIOS, leading the company’s vision, strategy, and execution for products and services. He has been in product management for nearly 20 years, with 4 successful company exits. With his deep technical and business experience, he has a strong track record of driving delivery of market-leading products and articulating their value resulting in broad market awareness and adoption. Michael has an extensive background in the high availability market, having led products and services at Marathon Technologies. Before joining SIOS, he was most recently President and CEO of Carbon Black Federal, Inc., a subsidiary of Carbon Black, Inc. (formerly Bit9). During his tenure at Carbon Black as Senior Director, Product Management, he defined and delivered innovative, market-defining security solutions and built a world-class product team. His experience also includes product leadership roles at Imprivata, Marathon Technologies (acquired by Stratus), Double-Take Software (acquired by Carbonite), and HighGround Systems (acquired by Sun Microsystems). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and lives in the Boston area with his wife and two children.
VP, Customer Experience
Cassius Rhue leads the Customer Experience team responsible for customer success spanning pre-sales, post-sales and professional services engagements ensuring that the customer experience with SIOS, our products and delivery exceed expectations. With over 19 years of experience here at SIOS and a keen focus on the customer, Cassius’ significant skills, and deep knowledge in software engineering, development, design, and deployment specifically in the HA/DR space are instrumental in addressing customer issues and driving their success with us. He has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina – Columbia, SC.
Rika Marrazzo joined SIOS in 2006, and has been responsible for the company’s overall accounting operations, as well as for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, etc. and has contributed to the major upgrade of the company’s financial system to improve efficiency of accounting operations.
Prior to SIOS, she worked as a staff accountant and later became an accounting manager supporting the US subsidiaries of Fuji Xerox Co. Ltd, which included a US holding company and a supply chain management company.
She holds a master’s degree in international business management form the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and currently works in the San Mateo, California office.
