Makoto Sakamoto is the Head of People and Culture at SIOS Technology Corp. She is responsible for developing a world-class employee experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle. She is also responsible for SIOS human resources, recruiting, diversity & inclusion, learning & development, HR compliance, and various cultural initiatives.

Makoto holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and a graduate certificate in Women’s Studies from Illinois State University.
