Since joining SIOS in 2006, Rika has been responsible for the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. In this role, she contributed to the major upgrade of the company’s financial system to improve efficiency of accounting operations. Before joining SIOS, Rika was an accounting manager supporting the US subsidiaries of Fuji Xerox Co. Ltd, which included a US holding company and a supply chain management company.
She holds a master’s degree in international business management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
