Winners in the 17th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service are listed by category, arranged in the following groups of categories, as selected by the average scores of more than 170 professionals worldwide on seven specialized juries. The Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists were revealed during the gala awards banquet on Friday, March 3 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. 10 Grand Stevie Award winners, and the winners of the People’s Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Customer Service, were also announced.
