Nobuo Kita

Chairman, Board of Directors

Nobuo Kita is Chairman of SIOS Technology board of directors and president and CEO of its parent company, SIOS Technology Group. Nobuo is also founder and member of the board of directors of Mozilla Japan, an affiliate of Mozilla Foundation/Mozilla Corp., the world’s most successful open source software development organization. Nobuo is also on the board of directors of Seasar Foundation, which is the largest open source software developers’ community in Japan. Prior to his current position with SIOS, Nobuo was the CEO of Northern Lights Computer, a pioneer in Linux and system integration services in Japan. Northern Lights merged with Ten Art-ni Corporation which became SIOS Technology. Nobuo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Kyoto Institute of Technology.

Jerry Melnick

President and Chief Executive Officer

Jerry is responsible for directing the overall corporate strategy for SIOS Technology Corp. and leading the company’s ongoing growth and expansion. He has more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise and high availability software markets. Before joining SIOS, he was CTO at Marathon Technologies where he led business and product strategy for the company’s fault tolerant solutions. His experience also includes executive positions at PPGx, Inc. and Belmont Research, where he was responsible for building a leading-edge software product and consulting business focused on supplying data warehouse and analytical tools. Jerry began his career at Digital Equipment Corporation where he led an entrepreneurial business unit that delivered highly scalable, mission critical database platforms to support enterprise-computing environments in the medical, financial and telecommunication markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Beloit College with graduate work in Computer Engineering and Computer Science at Boston University.


Sergey A. Razin, Ph.D.

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Sergey is responsible for driving product strategy and innovation at SIOS Technology Corp. A noted authority in advanced analytics and machine learning, Sergey pioneered the application of these technologies in the areas of IT security, media, and speech recognition. He is currently leading the development of innovative solutions based on these technologies that enable simple, intelligent management of applications in complex virtual and cloud environments.

Prior to joining SIOS, Sergey was an architect for EMC storage products and EMC CTO office where he drove initiatives in areas of network protocols, cloud and storage management, metrics, and analytics. Sergey has also served as Principal Investigator (PI), leader in research, development and architecture in areas of big data analytics, speech recognition, telephony, and networking.

Sergey holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the Moscow State Scientific Center of Informatics. He also holds a BS in computer science from the University of South Carolina.


Charles Lenis

Senior Vice President, Sales

Charles leads SIOS Technology Corp. sales and business development activities throughout North America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. His career spans more than 25 years and includes recruiting, building and driving revenues through direct and indirect sales channels, value-added resellers, major system integrators, and first and second-tier distributors. He has held senior level sales and business development positions with a wide range of companies including Verizon, Siemens, Invoice Insight (acquired by Dimension Data), Marathon Technologies, Broadwing Communications and PixStream, Inc. (acquired by Cisco).

Most recently, he served as director of North American sales, at Allot Communications where he managed revenue attainment for Fortune 500 enterprise accounts, satellite network providers and cloud service providers. Charles holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA.


Jim Shocrylas

Director, Prouct Management

Jim Shocrylas has over 25 years in the IT industry, most recently as Portfolio Manager for EMC’s Emerging Technologies Division. Jim drove the product portfolio vision, strategy for storage, network management, and cloud solutions. Previous to EMC, Jim was Director of Product Management at Sepaton and held senior positions at Hewlett-Packard and GE in Sales and Business Development. Jim has an MBA from Northeastern University and a Degree in Computer Science from the University of Guelph.

Director, Marketing

Margaret is responsible for managing lead generation, corporate communications and branding, sales messaging, and collateral development. She has more than 25 years of experience in marketing management roles, including director of marketing at Sepaton, Inc. Margaret holds a master’s degree in communication management from Simmons College and a bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology from Boston College.
